kids-wrestlingThings often come down to a gut decision, like a fifty-fifty. As in, should we disclose this document, should I start drinking yet, or what should we have for lunch? Outsource these decisions to your kids but make them come up with a creative and time-consuming way to do it, like mailroom darts, hallway steeplechase, or tag-team wrestling in the lunch room. Give them the general parameters of a conundrum and tell them to come back with an answer. It’s sort of Lord of the Flies meets Kirkland & Ellis. But this time, let the littluns decide.
