I would never have sex with a client. It is unethical, and could very well be too smelly if I have to interact with a client in the future after having sex.

But what if you represent yourself in a matter?? Do you cease all masturbation until the matter is concluded and the relationship terminated?

@The Dean – While your analysis is good, the rule in most states is that
if you have a pre-existing sexual relationship with the client, then
        the rule does not apply.

@Jerkface – thank you, thank you! I would have responded earlier, but as soon as I saw your wisdom, I called my state’s board of professional responsibility, confirmed that the carve out applies here – and then ran straight to the bathroom.

Of course it’s unethical, he’s sleep-studying the Code of Professional Conduct….. But I do love how that was worded, “If you find yourself having sex with a client, you must pull out” Ha ha ha…. Clever.
