I did like the dbag trial ad story. We went up against a couple of gunners like that. I think they both split time between chasing ambulances and Hostess trucks now.

What is your guys’ lawyerly take on this one? It sounded to me the dude was bored and he picked on a trooper who had some very fragile feeling. The poor trooper just wasn’t very able to deal with the emotional distress from the one-finger salute.
