The editors’ pick will be announced next week, and then we’ll post the clip art with the text on Facebook.

Last Week’s Winner

Ken submitted last week’s Caption This! winning entry right here on Bitter Lawyer. See the final cartoon to the left and on Facebook with his caption, which we tweaked a bit to fit the Ol’ West thing. Thanks to everyone who submitted a caption! YEE-HA!!

“Alright, Frank, this may be difficult for you to hear, but our jury consultant says our biggest problem is that people think you’re a monster. Also, while you’ve cleaned yourself up quite nicely, they still find that neck piercing very unattractive, so we’ll need to do something about that before trial.”

“I’m afraid that you don’t have a claim for discrimination, as ‘monster’ is not a protected class under the law. Well, except in San Francisco.”

We’re going to need more of a defense to these arson charges than your deposition testimony that “Fire, bad!”
