    On October 20, 1981, Robert Wendell Holmes, XI received news on the subway that he had failed the NY Bar for the 3rd time. Still wallowing in defeat and despair, Bob has failed to move or break his stare after receiving the news. He has been a NYC Subway staple and deterrent to potential law students ever since, in addition to being a favorite photo op to visiting foreigners.
