Here is a pro tip: Don’t go to court high on Xanax and generally bat shit crazy. Moreover, if you do find your self in court always remember that you can just not say anything if you are a defendant. Penelope Soto, 18, didn’t take this advice. Instead the Florida teen, found that laughing in front of the judge and flipping him the bird isn’t a good idea. Then again who out there hasn’t wanted to flip off a judge once or twice.
